Job responsibilities and main tasks:
1. Responsibility for the true, timely and complete management of the engineering project and the preservation of all valid written materials. Responsible for the custody of the originals of the above-mentioned materials;
2. The design change form, contact form, and visa form in the above materials must be numbered and saved;
3. The management of the above information includes: sorting, categorizing, registering, numbering (if necessary), and archiving, so that it can be classified and searched easily;
4. Responsible for reviewing various materials. For missing materials, the relevant personnel are instructed to fill up in time, and for the materials that do not meet the requirements, they are instructed to make up, improve, and correct in a timely manner. The non-compliance mainly refers to the materials confirmed by Party A. The signatory is not a contract or a written authorizer, and the various documents sent by our company to Party A have not gone through the signing procedures (there are two signing procedures: one is to sign directly on the photocopy, and the other is to sign on the "received document record". Suggested use method 1), involving those that need to be stamped with the official seal of Party A or the supervising unit but not (see items 6 and 7 for details);
5. The documents that need to be stamped with Party A’s official seal are: bidding documents, bidding drawings, Q&A and meeting minutes during the bidding period, bidding documents, contracts, construction permits, construction reports, drawing review records, design change orders, contact sheets, visas Forms, correspondence during construction, completion acceptance reports, handover forms, and divisional project quality acceptance records, etc.;
6. The documents that need to be affixed with the official seal of the supervision company include: start-up report, drawing review record file, construction organization design review, hidden acceptance data, completion acceptance report, material review data, engineering inspection batch quality acceptance record, sub-item projects Quality acceptance records, meeting minutes, etc.;
7. Responsible for sorting, dividing, summarizing and binding the completion data according to the requirements of Party A, the supervision company and the archives;
8. Responsible for submitting completed materials to Party A’s staff to the archives or Party A’s archives room;
9. In the process, accept the inspection of the site project manager and auditor;
10. After the completion of the project, it is responsible for transferring the site information to the company's data room, and the transfer form is attached.
